Backup Codes are another way to help keep your account secure.

When you fix up 2-Cistron Authentication on your account you'll be asked to save a "Fill-in Code."

Two-Factor Authentication pairs something you know (your countersign) and something you have (in this instance typically your authenticator app or a code via SMS).
